Fried fish fillet

This is another of my favorite dishes on the Christmas lunch table and its popular amongst most young guests too :-)

You will need:
1 fish fillet per person 
Salted butter
Salt and pepper
To serve:
A fresh rye bread from the bakery, good quality remoulade from the grocery store and slices of lemon.
Rinse the fish fillets in cold water and mix the flour with salt and pepper on a plate. Melt butter in a large frying pan while you coat the fillets on both sides with the flor mix. Fry the fillets 2-3 minutes on each side.
Serve the fish fillets warm and crispy with the lemon slices, remoulade, rye bread and salted butter.
